We rebuilt on Next.js with a single, obvious conversion path, cut load time below one second, and instrumented the funnel end to end so every step was measurable.

The result

Demo conversion rate climbed roughly 2.9x within a quarter, with no increase in traffic spend. The same visitors, a better experience, far more signups.

The takeaway

You often do not need more traffic, you need to stop wasting the traffic you have. Speed plus a focused funnel did the heavy lifting here.
